Weng, this looks physical to me.

Others can correct me if I'm wrong, but the log
entries seem to point pretty clearly to hdc - the
secondary.  (Well, OK, the "master" on the "secondary"
interface.)

If you search the archives, I'm pretty sure there is
information on how to replace a failed drive in the
RAID.
