That depends where you'll find them. If we move the list to the qbalt
server and also move the archive, then ...

Yes, it's actually fairly easy to do, though it'll use a whole bunch of
machine cycles for a while.

People using google will probably find a lot of references to the old
list-server ; they'll be dead links, and people will then try the
Google archive, which will have old information.
Unfortunately it takes a lot of time for Google to drop old links.
But the good news is there will be new links, and with a bit of
crosslinking from the community they'll actually make it into Google
fairly quickly. My changes to nobaloney.net get into Google quickly,
and as soon as the site is moved I'd create links at nobaloney.net to
the new list-archives. I hope others will too.

Not really. They're way to big to care about one site, no matter how
important, unless that site is spending a lot of money with them.
