Indeed, cobaltfacts is a great resource.

If people do want a cobalt-users and cobalt-developers style list 
though, it'll literally take me 2 minutes to make a 
cobalt-users@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx and cobalt-developers mailing list.

The machine qbalt.com is currently on can definitely handle thousands of 
subscribers.

Sing out if this sounds good.
