Hi Guys,
I have one user on my RaQ4 which seems unable to receive emails. The user
is set as admin for their domain, and is the only user.
I have a catchall set up correctly in exactly the same manner as all my
other domains, using @www.domain.com in the email alias field. If email is
sent to
username@domain (the exact user name) it gets through just fine
mail@domain sends but never gets delivered
abcde@domain & test@domain result in "The message could not be sent because
one of the recipients was rejected by the server. <snip domain info>
Protocol: SMTP, Server Response: '550 5.1.1 <abcde@xxxxxxxxxx>... User
unknown', Port: 25, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 550, Error Number:
0x800CCC79"
If I use the "forward all email to" field, still only the emails sent to the
exact user get through. So it seems a catchall has broken. How can I fix
this? Could it be something broken in a user table?
