[cobalt-users] SSH problem

I installed SSH on my Raq3 and it appeared to install fine but when i
try to connect I get the error

Secure connection to localhost refused; reverting to insecure method.
Using rsh.  WARNING: Connection will not be encrypted.
localhost: Connection refused


I can run other SSH commands like
ssh -V
 and they work fine.

 Anybody see this problem?
