well just to clarify some... on most of the gui's you have the power of
root...  Hope that helps...

actually it's a good starting point as some commands cannot be run by
default...  and it's something many people use on/in their own sites to do
various things on systems with shell access shut off...  Like the cgi you
mentioned...  I just happen to add it to the gui for those that have lost
all but gui access....  sometimes the gui is the only thing that still
works...  Granted it's not the only way to get a shell session... it's just
a way people can prepare for it....
