I get the same feeling.  I can get someone to talk to me because I call 
them and wait on the line: toll-free in the U.S. (877) 266-6365, or
+44 01622 832 700 in the UK.

The fact that I'm an authorized Cert reseller may or may not make a 
difference; I'm not sure.

But note that I don't get much further than you.

The salesrep asked me for my company info (how many servers I'll want to 
convert, etc.) and said he'd try to get me a review copy.  Yeah.  When 
the hot place freezes over.

I'll be the first one to be happy if I'm wrong on this one, and I'll be 
the first one to report on how good or bad Trustix Linux does when used 
on a RaQ.  But maybe that's what they're afraid of.
