ah, okay. i was thinking he jumpers would already be there. i wouldn't touch
that myself, but can anyone give an estimate how long somebody capable of
doing it would need to solder the jumpers there?

If my gigital camera was working....
look on each side of the connector for the LCD panel on the mb on the left
side are 5 sets of pads for the core voltage jumpers On the right side of
the connector, the first 3 sets of pads are for the multiplier jumpers.
Now these are not 'jumpers' as you might expect...
They are footprints for zero ohm resistors, sometimes called jumpers.
