In general, to check to see if 65.58.240.229 is listed at spamcop you'd
do this:
$ dig 229.240.58.65.bl.spamcop.net.
and see if you got an ANSWER SECTION.
To check spamcop directly you could do:
$ dig @blns13.spamcop.net. 229.240.58.65.bl.spamcop.net.
and see if you got an ANSWER SECTION.
