I wonder if this is something to do with the way the RAQ stats are run from
the Cron and the script that carries this out. I have a FrontPage site on my
RAQ that uses a couple of cgi scripts that have directories that are CHMOD
777 and I never have to "re" CHMOD them. It has the stats set for weekly. I
think the problem might have been by adding FrontPage to an existing site so
it changed the ownership of all the directories. My sites were FP sites at
the time they were created. I'm not sure, but I may not have activated stats
for the site in the initial setup, so maybe that affects the permissions.
