Generally speaking for an LCD display to be able to scroll it needs to have
this functionality built into the driver chip to do a one pixel shuffle
left, right up or down, This normally requires at least double the onboard
memory, so cheaper ones don't have it if it's not likely to be wanted. If
someone who has a RAQ in bits wants to tell me what the chip used is I'll
see if I can find a spec sheet and see if it is possible, though I'm not
promising to write the routine!!
