i was not talking about the bezel, i already removed that ;). but to access
those jumpers, one would have to loosen the lcd panel if i understood
gerald's description correctly.

No, they are just clipped in place. If you remove the metal top cover (all
*10* screws!) and look at the back of the LCD circuit board, you'll see the
plastic clips holding the bezel in place.
