[cobalt-users] Data format error

Hi, when any user of any domain hosted on my raq4 sends a message to an
email under de domain viabcp.com it returns this:

   ----- The following addresses had permanent fatal errors -----
<aocv@xxxxxxxxxx>
    (reason: 553 5.3.0 550)

   ----- Transcript of session follows -----
... while talking to smtpgw01.tic.com.pe.:
>>> MAIL From:<amusse@xxxxxxxxxxx>
<<< 553 5.3.0 550
501 5.6.0 <aocv@xxxxxxxxxx>... Data format error

If I send the messages from other non-raq account they receive the mail
fine. BTW viabcp.com is not hosted on my raq.

I looked the archive and found a lot of posts similar but no answers.

Can anyone help me?
