Due to the increased popularity of the RAQ-E units, I have converted the
the facility used to repair hardware into a breeding place for the RAQ-H
units.

With periodic visits from the RAQ-R units, I hope to be able to supply
RAQ-E units in the future.

Members of this list will be able to secure RAQ-E units by simply
supplying nutrivative materials and removing processed nutrivative
matter.

In time, rules will govern the RAQ-E units, and I propose that we not
allow RAQ-E processed matter to stand in the way of progress.
