Jason caught me when I was dealing with a serious server outage and 
didn't have time to offer any pro-bono services.  What I was willing to 
do was log into his server, grep the logs myself, and determine the 
source of the problem, and fix it.  As we probably all know for now, I 
do charge when I take responsibility for logging into servers and 
working on them.

In fact, if I recall correctly, it was I who suggested Jason might ask 
for help on cobalt-users.

Jason later wrote me to tell me he was able to resolve the problem.
