Right you need to goto the Site Settings page. There is text box the is
labeled Email Server Aliases. In here you need to put "domain.com"
You then need to setup an MX record the points Domain.com to the mailserver.
(also check that you have "domain.com" in the "recieve emails for these
domains" in the emal parameters in the control panel.

What sort of mailing list software is it you are using?
