But won't that alter the header of the email and show your own network info
as well as the users email addy?

I remember reading on the MS mailing list that this can be problematic in
adding additional false positives or negatives to those emails in question,
causing possible problems if the user submits to say the spam box, his email
info getting picked up as spam?

I think that's the biggest problem as well as the infamous Outlook Express
and Outlook/Office don't forward emails well without breaking the original
information.

If your method works and is not causing FP's or NP's I will do that here. We
use a mailhub to filter all inbound mail before delivering to the Raq's.
