You need to remove all references to the domain in /etc/mail/local-host-names
and restart sendmail.
I think you can achieve this within the email section of the GUI interface,
under 'Control Panel'. You need to remove references to the domain in
question - I can't remember what the name of the relevant field is though,
sorry.
