Also, I've always found it helpful for the customer to
send the complete error message they receive - headers
intact! - to us to review. In many cases, the error
message clearly points out the problem, but the user
is not saavy (or patient!!!) enough to simply give it
a read.
Most of our users are on Outlook Express or Outlook so
we have them right-click the error message and Forward
As Attachment.
