on the backup server make sendmail to:
1. Accept relaying for thedomain.com (/etc/mail/relay-domains)
2. Route any mails to thedomain.com backup to thedomain.com server when it
gets back online (/etc/mail/mailertable)
on thedmain.com server make a secondary low priority MX record for
thedomain.com pointing to
the backup server mail server.
