Yes, the database has been transferred. PHP has been enabled for the site. The 
login page does show up properly. Once the user types in his username and 
password, it shows up a blank screen. I think it is breaking while trying to 
connect to Mysql. There are error checks to check for failing to connect to 
the database and other normal errors.
