[cobalt-users] Cerberus Helpdesk on RaQ550

I am attempting to install the above software and wondered if anyone has any
experience of it. I get most of the way in terms of the GUI working but it's
the email parser that causing me problems. I get a gethostbyname error that
I have no idea how to clear. I pasted the output of what happens when an
email is collected with the error.

Any help will be appreciated.
