What function does the form perform? Is it email? I remember some posts
a while back where there was a .cnf or some other config file in
FrontPage for a site that needed to have certain things set before forms
would function. I've never run into that problem though. I believe one
of the files has a setting for SMTPHost.
It might be /usr/local/frontpage/version4.0/frontpg.cnf
