[cobalt-users] Please Please help

I don't know what to do.
I'm sure the problem is with premissions, because i had same problem ago..
but i don't remmenber what i have to do.
Can some one give me instructions or his ICQ uin, or something...
I realy need help: users can not login to chack mail but can to all other
services: ftp/telnet etc...
