Thanks for the headsup.

I'd be really interested in reviewing their systems.

I just tried to reach them.  The phone number on their site leads to
what seems to be private voicemail for the company president (either
that, or it's a one-man company, and based on their press-releases, I
don't think so).

Speaking of press-releases, I also tried the phone number of their PR
company, listed on their press releases.  No answer.  No voicemail.  No
nothing.  I guess they don't guarantee 99.9% uptime <smile>.

And you thought Cobalt was hard to reach <wry grin>?
