No, for RAID to work properly they need to be on seperate IDE controllers.

All you need is a 2x20 header and someone with soldering skills. You must
know someone who knows how to clear the solder from the 2nd IDE header
footprint and solder in the header.
What is the Maximum disk size i could put in if it would take a

Well, put in a big drive, if you are only running one drive chances are
the power supply can handle it. Look at the power requirements.
