I just found it as I got your email and added it in. Sure enough it works.
Strangely though, none of the other domains ad this set and they all worked.
I have set this up for the other domains now too though.

Do you think it could have been software updates or something that may have
changed this behavior?

Yeah, it's not in the Relay section. It should be in the actual site
settings, 
in the same place you can add web server aliases... been so long since i 
looked at an xtr ui, though, i don't recall exactly where it is. sorry.

"mail server alias" is what you're looking for.
