[cobalt-users] Raq XTR Mail Problem

Hi Everyone

I have a serious problem with my Raq.

I have added a couple of new domains to the server, namely
www.chirodoc.com.au and www.alvitawebdesign.com.au. 

Now when I add users, they can send email from <username>@domain.com.au and
<username>@www.domain.com.au but only mail addressed to
<username>@www.domain.com.au seems to ever get there.

I have tried running that perl script floating around to remove the "www" in
the /etc/mail/virtusertable file, as I have always done before.
I have rebuilt the virtusertable using makemap hash...
I have even done a makemap hash -u /etc/mail/virtusertable.db and verified
that the contents looks correct and there is no mention of www in there
anywhere!

I have added the domain alvitawebdesign.com.au to the allow relay list but
not chirodoc.com.au to see if there is any difference.
alvitawebdesign.com.au gets a RELAY line in the /etc/mail/access file as it
should but still no difference.

After 4 hours any email s I send to <username>@domain.com.au bounces back
with an error:

<smathew@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx>... Deferred: Connection refused by
alvitawebdesign.com.au.
Warning: message still undelivered after 4 hours Will keep trying until
message is 5 days old

I have checked the DNS settings and they are identical to other domains that
work, I have installed some updates since I last added a domain so maybe
that is it? I looked for any more updates for sendmail and there aren't any
so I am just at my wits end.

Does anyone know where it might be storing this setting to only accept for
the <username>@www.domain.com.au site? I have even tried removing the site
and re-adding it!

I am happy to provide copies of the virtusertable if that helps.
