Fully agree with that, though I note your e-mail is outside
of the USA and they may not deal with International customers. But
that still doesn't mean they should leave you hanging without at
least an e-mail response.

If you're new to Unix/Linux or servers in general, I highly
recommend RaQ's as a start box to get your feet wet! They're a bit
more forgiving and not as technical as Ensim, Cpanel, Plesk and other
systems and allow you to provide quality service while getting used
to the administration and tweaking. As many will attest here, it is
possible to get a RaQ humming and go far beyond it's original purpose.
Even though I'll probably get shot, I'd liken it to AOL vs. a real
ISP for internet service. AOL gets you on, gets you in and around a
bit, but once you do more outside of AOL than it's interface it's time
to move up to bigger and better things.
But choosing a co-lo Host for your RaQ is vital, if you have to
move things somewhere else because of poor service you're faced with
a daunting task and potential downtime that would make customers leave.
If possible, stay far away from any Interland Host (by any name)
as well as ValueWeb. I'm sure others here have more suggestions to
avoid. I know there are quite a few quality Hosts in the List to check
with as well, roll back through the Archives to find reviews from List
members as to who's a solid company to deal with.
