If you want to replace the system with a generic linux there have been
several howto's published by various posters to this list and to
cobalt-developers.
If you want to use some other server control panel (gui) so your clients
can continue to have an easy-to-use web-based management system there
are several routes you could take:
1) choose a control panel to use, install the version of linux the
chosen control panel runs with, buy and install the control panel.
2) Contract with Ples (http://www.plesk.com/) to migrate your server for
you to the Plesk control panel.
3) Contract with us or one of the other independent support companies on
the list, to migrate your server contents to a new server running a new
control panel.
Most of the control panels I've come across won't run on RaQ4s; they're
just too slow and underpowered.
Our EOL strategy for RaQ4s is to use them as specific purpose servers;
they make great nameservers and listservers.
