I recall seeing someone reporting using a VIA cpu/MB. It needed a bit of
hacking of the backplane to make it fit. And I'm sure there are 1/2 height
P/Supplies that will run. There are plenty of boxes the same size as
cobalts running servers with modern processors.
I did a quick search of Tigerdirect.com and found quite a few.
So the concept should be no problem... as long as you are good
with a drill and rototool :)
