[cobalt-users] User List is GONE on my RaQ4i
- Subject: [cobalt-users] User List is GONE on my RaQ4i

- List-id: Mailing list for users to share thoughts on Sun Cobalt products. <cobalt-users.list.cobalt.com>
This morning I noticed all of my personal email accounts that I check on
one of my RaQ4i's all failed on passwords simultaneously. Closer
examination of my RaQ shows that the user list is "missing".
When I go into the "Maintenance" menu on the 4i and attempt to select a
user next to (*) File and Email of user: next to the "Files to Backup"
section of the screen the user list pull down is EMPTY except for the
words "select a user" at the top.
What would cause a RaQ 4i to forget all of its users? Which file do I
need to restore (in all likelihood) to reverse this problem?
I am on my way to the NOC to get started on this right now but I am not
really sure what to restore....
Anyone?????
Also, when I first log on instead of seeing the list of sites I get a
"The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was
unable to complete your request" screen instead.
Error log shows only:
[Tue Mar 23 10:59:45 2004] [notice] Apache/1.3.20 Sun Cobalt (Unix)
mod_ssl/2.8.4 OpenSSL/0.9.6b PHP/4.0.6 mod_auth_pam_external/0.1
FrontPage/4.0.4.3 mod_perl/1.25 configured -- resuming normal operations
[Tue Mar 23 10:59:45 2004] [notice] suEXEC mechanism enabled (wrapper:
/usr/sbin/suexec)
