[cobalt-users] Copying a folder

Hi, I run several sites using a content management system and instead
of uploading this to the server every time I a new site with the system
on it I would like to be able to upload it to the server once and just
copy the contents of that folder to the web folder of the new site.
(Hope your all still with me!!) I guess there must be a command I can
use but I cant find one. Probably looking in the wrong places. 

Any Ideas. Thanks
