I'd like to take this opportunity to recommend Dmitry from
http://www.cobaltsupport.com. He has just completed a huge load of work on
my server. Anti virus, trip wire, PHP upgrades, and load of other bits. I
had a similar problem to you but the logs were updating, Webaliser wasn't.
Dmitry fixed it in minutes.
He must have done hours and hours of work securing and upgrading my Raq4.
I'm not going to tell you how much he wanted to charge. Let's just say that
I gave him more that he asked for and still felt guilty at how little it
was.
I cannot recommend him enough.
