RE: [cobalt-users] users can download mail but not send

on two of the servers, the button popb4send was not checked... on the other two it does not exist... all are raq4's

I am moving from one big email server to hosting email on the customers server...

Ok, So I need to ask if it worked before and if you made any changes? If
this is a new server, then I would think that it is a setting that is wrong.

New server: Be sure that you have DNS Records as two forwards and one MX
(example for domainname.com)
  www.domainname.com to IP.Address
  domainname.com to IP.Address
  domainname.com highest domainname.com

IN the Virtual Domain make sure that the webmail & email aliases has
domainname.com

New server as an additional server. Makes sure Ips are listed in relay area
of first server.
