Is it all users? Certain ISPs require that they use the ISP's outgoing
server (SMTP) protocols. AOL, Earthink, MSN, etc... Are doing this to
combat spam.

On my Raq 4 users can Pop3 download mail with out a problem, but they get a
relaying denied when they try to send thru the server. How can I fix this
does anyone know how to allow the users to send after they have downloaded
thier mail thru the server ?
