Firewall might save you here. 

Some scripts which finds "top posters" in /var/log/maillog + 
/sbin/ipchains -A input -p tcp -s IP.IP.IP.IP/32 -d YOUR_IP/MASK 25 -j 
REJECT

No other ideas...
