Well... "broken" is not realy a sharp definition of the situation, so i
suppose it could lead to "problems", The correct solution for "problems" is
"help" . The point is, how can anyone predict the solution to possible
problems arising from an unknown problem in an unknown configuration with
unknown setup. I would suggest contacting a commercial consultant who can
investigate the problem, and take appropiate measures. Take a look at the
cobalt links section here http://www.depopo.net/content/textmenu.asp and you
will encounter multiple options.

As an alternative, listing the jobs's you have in crontab and the various
other cron schedules like cron.daily and cron.weekly may cause someone on
the list to jump up and be able to give some to the point suggestions on
what to disable.

-if- your box is plain vanilla cobalt with no additions, you probaly dont
need to disable anything to keep it rolling as it is.
