hi,

i have a raq4. my hosting has a service for server management, so they
charge 100$/month for: installing all security patches,
monitor HTTP, FTP, TELNET, MYSQL... but this does not include installation
of custom configurations, as for example
php 4.3.* with GD and some modules. And they do not fix the thing i break .

My question is: do you think this is a good deal ? is cheaper to pay them
50$ hour for the things i break and for custom installations,
as for every security update  ?

What options you consider when buying a management service ?
