I have blocked these subjects in Sendmail thanks to a post by another
list member.

Mar  3 08:39:35 admin sendmail[15488]: i23EdYJ15488:
ruleset=Check_Subject, arg1=Notify about using the e-mail account.,
relay=rrcs-se-24-73-98-226.biz.rr.com [24.73.98.226], reject=550 5.0.0
blocked as virus

Subjects I'm blocking:

Warning about your e-mail
Notify about your e-mail
Notify about using the e-mail
You use illegal File Sharing

And for the clueless useless virus notifications:

You sent potentially unsafe
Network Associates Webshield
Virus found in a message you sent
Virus was detected
Your mail server sent us a virus
