yes when created or the site is changed...

By default it's a percentage of the quota set for the vsite.
Then you need to edit the file in the logrotate.d dir and don't change the
site settitings for that site... and everytime you edit the site settings...

I think you would start with "sub vsite_set_logrotate" on line 1654 of
/usr/lib/perl5/site_perl/5.005/Cobalt/Vsite.pm
