There's a range of things you could do ... from running the Raq as a 4R with RAID (drives automatically mirrored), using built in commands like dd to copy your drive to a backup drive, or any of the backup utilities mentioned previously. Really depends on how much effort you want to put into it, and what you're trying to protect from.
