I started to respond to your post, and after realizing it would be a
long post that would be of no interest to most people here I decided to
create a whitepaper.
It's taken me several days to finish because I had to do it in spare
time, and because I actually did a migration while I wrote it to make
sure I didn't forget anything.
Anyway, for you, and for anyone else who wants a step-by-step cookbook,
