Do you have a nameserver seup in Control Panel -> Network?

=> yes , primary and secondary NS of our ISP

Seems like there is a spot in the GUI Control Panel -> Email -> Parameters
for that

=> I know , but when DNS resolving isn't working adding something like
smtp.isp.tld wont work either, right ?
