[cobalt-users] Web based email for original QUBE

This has probably been asked a billion times and if the archives had a
decent search feature, I would just look there, but here is my issue:

many of my users need access to their mail from places where they can't run
POP3 clients (firewalls, etc).

What is the easiest way to give them web access to their email on my QUBE?
Does anyone have a series of steps to create/install such a thing that's
relatively easy?  I looked at IMP once and wanted to throw myself on a sword
because it looked wicked complicated.
