Without knowing the real domain in question it's difficult for anyone to
look up your DNS.
Which RaQ? 3? 4?

What is the domain?

In the site settings for the domain is there an email alias configured?

That sounds like a problem often described that is fixed with the
meta-verify for fixsite script you'll find in the archives.
