Is your httpd.conf still intact ?
I had the same problem on a raq4. The reason here was that the filesystem
had filled up and changing something in the gui on a vhost had resulted in a
corrupt httpd.conf because of a lack of diskspace.

Subject: [cobalt-users] All Virtual Sites Pointing to Default Site
Hi, I'm running a Cobalt Raq550 with approximately 200 web sites on it.
Everything has been running fine for the past several months, but all of the
sudden none of the virtual sites are working anymore. All virtual sites are
pointing to one single web site that resides on the server. Please let me
know if you have ever heard of this problem and/or know a solution. If
anyone thinks they could get this fixed for me please reply to me off list
with your phone number and hourly pay. Thank you for your time.
