[cobalt-users] Backup & Control Panel

Can anyone suggest me, how i can have following features added to my Cobalt 
RaQ550 server:

1. A Backup Facility for our Cobalt RaQ550 Server (Including Config Files, 
Emails, virual sites data, MySql data etc) to some other FTP location and 
also the Restore Facility to bring the server back to normal, even if the 
server HDD needs to be formatted and it has only the Fresh Operating system 
installed.

2. A control panel for our web space resellers to add virtual sites with 
DNS entry as per the Disk Quota and Number of domain Quota provided to them 
like PLESK,, does Plesk works fine on Cobalt RaQ550
