Good.  Nameservers are meant to be on separate machines, to give 
some level of redundancy; in fact they should be on entirely separate
networks, to prevent one line failure / power outage / whatever taking 
out both machines.

It means nothing of the sort.  What it tells me is that the sysadmin
tends to group IP allocation by machine function, and so is probably
fairly Clueful.
