[cobalt-users] RaQXTR: CLI administration -- useradd

Greetings

I was wondering if anyone could confirm the syntax for using the command 
line for adding and modifing users? I don't have access to the web-admin 
GUI and I need to use command line. Will the command useradd work with 
the cobalt sites correctly or is there another cobalt-specific command 
for user administration on the command line.
